2013-05-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/658548摘要：本計畫希望結合臺大醫學院實驗動物中心、藥物研究中心與初級細胞培養實驗室之 人才與資源，建立各種人類疾病動物模式或其他細胞評估方法以提供學界或業界在轉譯 醫學研究及臨床前藥效評估之服務。實驗動物中心負責提供及建立疾病動物模式之動物，藥物研究中心負責以癌症、心 血管疾病、代謝症候群、神經性疾病及感染症等疾病動物模式評估候選藥物藥效，本資 源中心同時亦提供技術諮詢服務及協助特殊動物品系之復育與保存，另外，並提供動物 飼養及功能研究設備以及提供動物血液生化學檢測與組織切片染色相關服務，希望在本 計畫之支持下能提升本中心在特殊品系動物飼育繁殖品質以及小動物胚胎解凍復育之 成功率，最終引導具前瞻性產品能順利進入臨床前試驗或轉譯醫學研究。本計畫短期目標是協助整合及建立各種研究方法，培養服務人力以提升各種服務之 品質，中期目標則依學術界與業界之需求，繼續對各種服務內容及項目做適當的調整與 改進，在長期目標則希望使各項服務之成果能達國際水準，希望本中心各項服務平台能 與國際接軌，並且逐步建立國際合作服務之網絡。<br> Abstract: The present project is aimed to integrate the talents and resource of the NTU Medical College Laboratory Animal Center (NTUMC-LAC) and NTU Drug Research Center(NTU-DRC), establish a platform including animal models for human diseases and the cellular evaluation method to provide the services for the researchers or industry.In addition to the suitable disease animal models for human diseases and the animal clinic examination, the assay platforms of NTU Drug Research Center (NTU-DRC) and the primary cell culture lab to provide the services for the researchers or industry to evaluate drug efficacy in cancers, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, neurological disorders, and infection. We also provide technique consulting services; provide equipment for animal holding and functional study and service for blood biochemistry and tissue pathology examination. Besides, we also provide breeding services including cryopreservation and rederivation of special strain animals. The major goal is to conduct the development of the promising candidate products into preclinical test or translational research.The short-term goal is to establish the integrated research system and the cultivation of the manpower for the services in conducting product-oriented innovating drugs or diagnostic kits, and to optimize the service quantity and quality. The mid-term goal is to continue optimizing the services for the requirement of the researchers and biopharmaceuticals industry and to reinforce the industry value chains.
