2015-11-242024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/683772摘要：本計畫目的為台南市七股區溪南休閒農業區針對區內的組織運作、農業資源與產業加值、績效及未來規劃等項目，在市政府要求下進行五年一次的通盤檢討報告，結果如下，漁業為本休區的主要特色，組織分工包括活動組、財務組、行銷組、事務組、文書組及產業組六個工作小組分別運作。區內一級農漁產業資源包括養殖虱目魚、蚵、文蛤、螃蟹等及蔬果；二級農產加工品包括虱目魚丸、香腸、蚵嗲等及虱目魚脯、魚柳、鹽鄉黑麻油等伴手禮；及產業三級化的全區定向運動與多種農漁業生產的體驗活動，對帶動青年返鄉、提升休閒農業產值、增加國內外遊客及增加在地居民的就業機均獲得良好成效。未來將持續號召會員投入創業經營、推廣食農教育、人才培育與追求國際化。<br> Abstract: The purpose of this project is to a quinquennial comprehensive review of Sinan Leisure Agricultural Region, Chiku, Tainan City by the requirement of government. The results are as follows. The main characteristics of the region are fisheries. There are six working sections, such as the activities, finance, marketing, branch, document and industry. The primary agriculture and fisheries include the farming milkfish, oysters, clams and crabs as well as vegetables and fruits; The secondary processed agricultural products include milkfish fish balls, sausage, oyster whine, dried milkfish floss and fillets, and black sesame oil; and the third industrialization include the whole region`s orienteering experience activity and a variety of experience activities about the agricultural and fishery production. Those outlook results can drive the youth to return home, enhance the leisure agricultural output, increase domestic and foreign tourists and increase the employment opportunities for local community well.
