2015-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/707286摘要:基層健康照護具泛眾、輕症、慢性病恙之特色,有別於少數、重症、急性疾患之機構式服務,然而,囿於社會、歷史、傳統醫學教育重點等因素,國內教育體系歷來較輕忽基層執業人才之培育。此外,德術兼備醫療人才之養成,則有賴人文素養薰陶與專業間互相了解與尊重,如此,所培育之健康體系照護人員,方能於執業時,融合社會文化、知識技能與溝通合作,提供民眾最適、貼心、感動之個別化服務。藥學與社會間,最可近、頻繁、親民之直接聯結場域,莫過於散佈在各社區街坊角落之藥局。社區藥局及藥師是基層醫療體系重要成員,專職提供專業健康諮詢及用藥指導服務,甚至參與在地公共衛生活動及長期照護服務跨領域合作團隊。社區藥事執業直接面對民眾,兼具專業與人文淬鍊的情境,是養成藥學人才的極佳場域。本計畫將藉由深度、廣度有別之社區藥事經驗教學課程,即體驗學習、社區藥局實習、進階社區藥局實習,探討如何整合入人文素養教學與跨專業教學。本研究期以三年期程,各年度間之執行重點互有相關及延續,將經與台灣兒科醫學會密切合作,透過蒐集與整理國內外資料、質性研究、問卷調查、成立專家工作及課程小組、教學經驗分享座談會、研討會或工作坊等,逐步建立合乎國情之人文素養與跨專業教學綱要內容,並落實執行且探討成效,逐年檢討改進並推廣。此計畫之執行與完成,將有助於基層執業經驗教學課程之創新,達培育具備以民眾為中心與全人照護的新一代醫療人才,協助建構更理想之醫療服務體系及跨專業團隊照護,善盡社會責任。<br> Abstract: The targets of primary care are the public, minor ailments, and chronic diseases which arequite from institutional cares of the diseased, critical, and acute situations. However, our health careeducation system has long regarded primary care as an additive curriculum due to societal,historically, resource reasons. Moreover, teaching professionalism and collaboratinginterprofessional education is a trend worldwide. We must incorporate professionalism andinterprofessional education into our programs to facilitate future practitioners to integrate societynorms, culture and history, knowledge and skills, communication and cooperation into patient careand public services. Most appropriate and individualized health care services would then beachieved.Community pharmacies provide direct patient care and are one of the essential primary caresites in the health systems. Pharmacists practicing in community pharmacies are expected of to becompetent in providing a variety of services, including provision of health care products andconsultation services. More and more community pharmacists also participate in public healthactivities and interprofessional long-term care in a variety of settings. The project aims to enrich thecurrent curricula relevant to community practices, namely early exposure, introductory, andadvanced pharmacy practice experiences, by incorporating pharmacy professionalism andinterprofessional education.The goals and objectives of the three-year study are interrelated among years. We willcollaborate with the Taiwan Pediatric Association to establish and implement teaching programs.Through search and review of international and domestic literatures, qualitative and quantitativeresearches, expert panel meetings, seminars/forums/conference, syllabus and course contents andteaching materials on pharmacy professionalism and interprofessional education would beestablished and implemented. From year to year, course contents and ways of implementation willbe improved using the plan-do-check-act cycle of quality assurance. We believe the project wouldfacilitate fostering future primary-care practitioners to provide patient-centered and holistic care,and to exercise interprofessional collaborative practices with better attitude, behavior, and values.Nurturing Professionalism and Competency in Pharmacy: Development and Evaluation of a Community- and Interprofessional-Based Curriculum
