The system introduces the cloud computation and database into the operation of smart antennas with the radiation optimization by using the database of handset's received information in the cloud server. Based on the stochastic collection of radiation information, the coverage hot spots as well as communication quality can be quantized and identified. The radiation of antennas is reconfigured in an optimum fashion to improve the coverage at hot spots.
