2004-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661878摘要:本計畫擬評估不同化學品系土肉桂葉子精油的抗氧化活性,同時繼續採集其他地理品系的土肉桂,期能尋得另外不同的化學品系。本計畫如能順利完成,將可了解各種品系土肉桂葉子精油的抗氧化活性,並使具有生物活性之成分應用於保健及醫療等用途,進而達到擴展森林產物利用領域及提高其經濟價值之目的。<br> Abstract: In this study the antioxidant activities of these essential oils and their chemical constituents from different chemotypes of indigenous cinnamon (Cinnamomum osmophloeum) were assayed. In addition, we will continue to collect other geographical provenances of indigenous cinnamon, It is expected to find different chemotypes from these endemic tree species.
