2009-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/663393摘要：採集寵鳥與寵鳥店鳥類之檢體至少1000件，進行家禽流行性感冒之監測，尤其針對H5與H7亞型家禽流行性感冒進行快速之檢測。本計畫之完成將可明瞭台灣地區寵鳥與寵鳥店鳥類之家禽流行性感冒發生情況，供防疫之參考。並可針對高病原性家禽流行性感冒之入侵，提早發現及採取撲滅措施，可減少農民巨大損失。<br> Abstract: In this project, at least 1000 cloacal or tracheal swabs samples will be collected from pet birds and bird species in the pet bird shops in Taiwan. The samples will be detected for the pesence of the avian inluenza. The presence of the H5 and H7 subtype avian influenza will be detected by the rapid diagnositic method such as reverse transcriptionpolymerase chain reation (RT-PCR method). The results will be important for the understanding of the transmission of avian influenza among different bird species and also important for the early detection of the invasion of the highly pathogenic avianinfluenza.寵鳥家禽流行性感冒pet birdsavian influenza
