2014-01-282024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/681677摘要:中央氣象局氣象測站現行盛行能見度以及天氣現象觀測是經由觀測員目測並佐以能見度目標圖加以記錄,電子式能見度儀(Visibility meter)則透過水滴或氣膠對於陽光散射程度來推估能見度,兩者在氣象觀測的比對鮮見討論。中央氣象局基於天氣觀測守視技術的更新與自動化,已在幾年前開啟台灣地區部分測站裝置戶外型數位攝影機與能見度儀之觀測測試。本研究延續第一年計畫經驗(中央氣象局現有八套戶外型數位攝影機與六套能見度儀器之影像樣本和能見度儀數據蒐集,以及測站鄰近的環保署PM2.5濃度逐時資料,來與觀測員目視觀測進行交叉分析),繼續在第二年提出六項工作項目,包括:(1)針對上年度期末報告影像樣本數量偏少的基隆、梧棲、日月潭、金門以及嘉義等測站,繼續蒐錄2013年與2014年Mobotix不同季節的影像檔案。(2)八處測站不同季節不同天氣型態的影像分析index value臨界值的調整測試,以及增加不同距離的影像標定物,再次評估數位樣本與眼睛辨識程度差異的定量效果。(3)撰寫Windows視窗作業環境的Virtural Basic (VB)人機介面程式,將現有影像數位分析流程所需的Matlab image filters軟體以VB語言改寫,提供各測站直接安裝應用與加以評估使用效果,做為第三年度計畫修訂之參考。(4)針對六處測站能見度儀器與人工觀測能見度兩種紀錄的相關程度偏低原因,增加2013年樣本再次分析,以做為測站觀測自動化之參考。(5)為了完整性表達某一測站在不同方位的數位能見度守視,選擇某一測站安裝360度旋轉式攝影機,由本計畫自台灣大學遠端遙控設定以及經由GPRS電信網路直接將影像回傳台灣大學監看與收錄;並邀請當地同一位觀測員進行更細緻多方位眼睛辨識比較實驗,以達成更定量、更有可信度、可應用性的結果。(6)分析金門氣象站Reconyx相機影像在2014年1~4月期間霧季以及利用夜間燈光進行能見度判讀之效果。 最後,在第三年將影像分析成果結合其他氣象觀測要素(比如太陽輻射量、絕對溼度、向風速等),協助改進各測站在天氣現象與能見度人工觀測效果,建立客觀天氣觀測輔助技術。 <br> Abstract: The prevailing visibity and weather phenomenon observation at CWB weather stations are recoreded by observabors’ eye. The principle of electronic visibility meter takes the solar scattering charactertics of aerosol & rain drop to estimate the visibility distance. The intercomparison between these two observation methods is rare globally. In order to improve the automated process of weather observation at CWB weather stations, CWB has installed several digital vedios and visibility meters for operation planning test. In this second-year proposal, we extend the experience, accumulated from the first year of this project, into six items: (1) collect more Mobotix image samples from the sites in 2013 and 2014 (2) turning the threshold of index values in different seasons and different weather patterns, and increase the different- distance targets (3) make Virutral Basic interface of Mobotix image processing for each local site. (4) re-analyze the relationship between visibility meter and human-eye visibility record after adding longer data length (5) test a 360 circle view of digital video system (6) analyze Reconyx and Mobotix digital camera images in 2014 spring fog season at Kinmen sit, specially on the light identification in nighttime.
