2013-08-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/649240摘要:雙酚A在工業界已使用四、五十年,其產品遍佈存在生活環境中,因此有各種可能的暴露途徑;例如研究即指出全世界的大氣環境中皆可普遍測到雙酚A的存在(包括:南極、北極;此顯示雙酚A有長程傳輸的可能),而其中又以南亞洲的幾個大城市的濃度較高。另一方面,除了大氣環境,室内空氣及室内灰塵亦被視為飲食之外雙酚A的可能暴露源。 雖然國外文獻認為飲食為雙酚A最重要的暴露源,但國内並無任何資料可以推測來自室内空氣及室内灰塵的貢獻程度;特別是對嬰幼兒而言,由於皆在室内並有接觸地面的活動特性,因此若要評估此敏感族群的接觸情形,量測室内空氣及室内灰塵中的雙酚A濃度,顯然具有必要性。 基於上述說明,為了掌握台灣BPA環境流佈情形,本子計畫將配合整合研究「有環境中雙酚A流佈及其母體暴露對下一代健康風險與管理策略」之需求,希望藉由三年計劃的執行,達到以下目的,包括: 1. 室内空氣中雙酚A採樣分析方法之建立 -- 以固相微萃取技術配合動態非平衡系統建立室內空氣中低濃度雙酚 A的採樣方法,並以三重四極桿氣相層析串聯質譜儀(triple quadrupole gas chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry; GC/MS/MS)進行分析 (第一年,8/2013~7/2014) 2. 室内灰塵中雙酚 A分析方法之建立 --以固相微萃取配合微波輔助萃取建立家庭灰塵中低濃度雙酚 A的樣本前處理方法,並以 GC/MS/MS進行分析 (第一年,8/2013~7/2014) 3. 大氣環境中氣狀與粒狀雙酚 A採樣分析方法之建立 – 以 polyurethane foam (PUF)配合石英纖維濾紙分離空氣中氣相及粒狀雙酚 A,並以 GC/MS/MS進行分析 (第二年,8/2014~7/2015) 4. 雙酚 A的暴露評估 -- 室内空氣、室内灰塵、一般大氣中雙酚 A濃度的量測 (第三年,8/2015~7/2016)<br> Abstract: Bisphenol A (BPA) has been widely used in the industries for 40~50 years. The human exposures can come from various routes, since many products nowadays contain BPA. It was also reported that BPA existed in atmospheric environment all over the world, especially in South Asia where the concentrations are relatively high. Besides, indoor air and indoor dusts are also suspected to be the sources of exposures for BPA. Based on published literatures, the contributions of BPA to human exposures mainly came from dietary sources. However, the levels in indoor air and indoor dusts are more important for infants and toddlers, due to their unique life styles. To assess the exposures for this susceptible group, there is a must to determine the associated concentrations, since no data is currently available in Taiwan. This is a three years joint-project, which will focus on the developing of sampling and analytical methods for BPA in indoor air, indoor dusts as well as in atmospheric environment. Besides, the distributions of BPA in different environmental matrix will also be determined. The purposes of this research are: (1) to develop the sampling and analytical method for BPA in indoor air by SPME (solid phase microextraction) with non-equilibrium sampling through the analysis by triple quadrupole gas chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry (GC/MS/MS) (8/2013~7/2014); (2) to develop the analytical method for BPA in indoor dusts by SPME with MAE (microwave assisted extraction) through the analysis by GC/MS/MS (8/2013~7/2014); (3) to develop the sampling and analytical method for both gaseous and particle bound BPA in atmospheric environment by polyurethane foam (PUF) and quartz filter through the analysis by GC/MS/MS (8/2014~7/2015); 4) to assess the exposures of BPA in Taiwan by determining the associated concentrations in indoor air, indoor dust, and atmospheric environment (8/2015~7/2016).雙酚 A環境樣本分析暴露評估固相微萃取非平恆採樣Bisphenol AEnvironmental Sample AnalysisExposure AssessmentSPMENon-Equilibrium SamplingEnvironmental Survey of Bisphenol A -- Determinations in Indoor Air, Indoor Dusts and Atmospheric Environment (I)
