We further tested a moderated mediation model with the impact of workplace social support (supervisory and collegial support) on the second stage of this indirect relationship. In a two-wave panel study (with a 3-month interval), we collected data from 312 employees working in diverse industries in Taiwan. We found a significant mediating effect of resilience on the positive association between organizational health care support and job performance. In addition, we found that resilient employees with high-level collegial support had better job performance in a positive work environment of wellness support. We explored the resource caravan mechanism of individual resilience interacting with workplace social support to promote productivity. We discussed the theoretical and practical implications of building a wellness-based positive workplace for managing employee coping capability and productivity in times of volatility and challenges.enfalseConservation of Resource theoryorganizational health care supportproductivityresilienceworkplace social support[SDGs]SDG3[SDGs]SDG5Fostering employee resilience and protecting productivity in the wellness-based positive work environment: The enhancing effects of workplace social support.journal article10.1037/str00003512-s2.0-105000278614
