2017-04-212024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/660045摘要:於完全人工光植物工場種植綠葉紫蘇,採用5種光質處理 (1) 4R:1G:2B、(2) 4R:1G:2B:1UV、(3) 3R:1G:1B之 CCFL植物生長燈,(4)含8個波段光源(包括紫外光(UV) 395 nm、藍光1 (B1) 425 nm、藍光2 (B2) 450 nm、綠光(G) 520 nm、紅光1 (R1) 625 nm、紅光2 (R2) 660 nm、紅外光(IR) 730 nm、白光(W) 400-700 nm)之可調控光盤,並以(5) T5螢光燈為對照,調查單株產量、單葉之鮮重及乾重、葉綠素相對含量、葉片淨光合率、氣孔導度、蒸散速率、可售葉的硝酸鹽、維生素C、類胡蘿蔔素含量與迷迭香酸含量、抗氧化能力。<br> Abstract: Green-leafed perila will be grown in artificial lighting plant factory. Light quality treatments include (1) CCFL of 4R:1G:2B, (2) CCFL of 4R:1G:2B:1UV, (3) CCFL of 3R:1G:1B, (4) LED with UV 395 nm, B1 425 nm, B2 450 nm, G 520 nm, R1 625 nm, R2 660 nm, IR 730 nm, and W 400-700 nm, and (5) T5 as control.
