2017-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/708687摘要:社區基層的泛眾、輕症、慢性病恙健康照護需求,有別於少數、重症、急性疾患之機構式服務,是醫療執業人才養成不可或缺場域。散佈在各社區街坊角落之藥局及執業藥師,是基層醫療體系成員,如果在人才培育階段,適當導入專業知能與人文素養並重的實務訓練,必能陶冶學子成為具備良好知識與技能,及正確態度、行為與價值觀的新世代人才。在高齡化社會趨勢及分級醫療政策下,本計畫擬以三年期,醫與藥密切合作,於社區藥學相關實習課程推展,期達到(一)挖掘藥學人文素養範例並深化教學內容、(二)教導學生有能力將知識與技能應用於實作及與民眾互動、(三)建立基層執業醫藥互動互信模式等三項目標,並將以設計研究,分別探討各目標實施成效。具體進行事項將包括成立專家小組、整理疾病與藥品專業資料、編撰藥學人文素養執業範例、導入質性與量性訪問調查研究、建構藥事照護模式、進行藥事照護之推廣與評估、辦理研討會或座談會等,建立合乎民眾、專業人員、學校等各方需求之藥事照護方案,並逐年檢討改進。此計畫之執行與完成,將有助於基層執業經驗教學課程之創新,達培育具備以民眾為中心與全人照護的人才,協助建構更理想之醫療服務體系及跨專業團隊照護,善盡社會責任。<br> Abstract: The features of healthcare services offered by primary care are quite distinct from those byinstitutional care. The former targets at a broader population, minor ailments, and chronic diseases;whereas the latter aims at providing services for focused groups, severe medical or surgical conditions,and acute diseases. The trainings at primary care sites are indispensable for nurturing healthcareprofessionals. Community pharmacies and pharmacists play vital roles in primary healthcare teams. Ifprofessional competency and pharmacy professionalism are both emphasized and integrated intopractice-site experiential education programs, future pharmacist practitioners would be better prepared tobecome professionals of sound knowledge and skills, and with proper attitude, behavior, and value inproviding holistic patient care.In the era of aging society and reconstructing referral system in Taiwan, the aims of the three-yearproject are to: (1) design cases and course guides for pharmacy professionalism, (2) engage experientialstudents in applying knowledge and skills learnt from classroom to real settings and in interacting withpatients, (3) establish mutually benefit collaborative services between pharmacies and clinics, by positivemedicine-pharmacy partnership during course offerings of community-associated pharmacy curriculum.Through expert panel meetings, producing monographs for diseases and drugs, designing cases andguides relevant for pharmacy professionalism, performing qualitative and quantitative survey researches,establishing and evaluating novel pharmaceutical care models, hosting seminars/forums/conference, webelieve the project would facilitate fostering future primary-care practitioners to provide patient-centeredand holistic care, and to exercise interprofessional collaborative practices.專業能力人文素養藥事照護實習教學Professional competencyProfessionalismPharmaceutical careInternshipDeveloping and Evaluating Pharmaceutical Care Approaches That Lay Equal Stress on Both Competency and Professionalism in Pharmacy Education
