李公哲2006-07-262018-06-282006-07-262018-06-282004-12-31http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/22165本計畫之目的為推動國科會永續發展 研究計畫中之環保領域工作、檢討及規劃 94 學年度研究議題並辦理九十二年度成果 發表研討會。國科會永續發展研究為國科 會主要業務之一，為配合行政院之「永續 發展政策」及「國家永續發展推動計畫」， 透過國科會研究資源，以任務為導向並以 跨部會及跨領域之方式篩選適合之研究議 題，推動環保領域工作。經本計畫之規劃， 九十四學年度起未來四年之永續發展中程 計畫以「永續海島台灣之因應策略研究」 為總研究主題，並以環境與社會、產業轉 型與共生、社會與科技創新、治理與管理、 能源環境與經濟、國際合作與參與六項為 主題研究。本計畫針對上述六項主題研究 中之環境相關議題加以推動，以配合國內 需求及國際潮流，並作為徵求94 學年度研 究計畫之依據。再者，民國九十三年十二 月二十四日假台灣大學第二活動中心舉辦 「2004 永續發展科技與政策研討會」，並 以主軸議題之研討會配合展示攤位與海報 之方式進行，以強化擴散成果之應用，協 同各部會共同推動國內永續發展工作。The purpose of this project is manifold, including promotion of sustainable development protection and dissemination of research results from previous projects. The above work is one of the basic missions given to NSC (National Science Council). The research topics chosen by NSC to conduct the sustainable development are majorly based on the national policy for sustainable development in ROC and “Action plan for National Sustainable Development” issued by Administrative Yuen of ROC. The research theme currently promoted by NSC is named as “Strategies toward sustainable Island” with six research sub-themes. The six sub-themes include: 1.environmental and society, 2.industrial transformation and symbiosis, 3.society and technological innovation, 4.government and regulation; 5.energy, environment and economy and 6.international cooperation and participation. This project is responsible for promoting the environmental protection research topics that include in the context of six sub-themes as described above. Another objective of this project is to modify the current research issues in order to fit the research needs that will be released to request for proposals in the end of year 2005. The Seminar on Fiscal year 2003 supported Research projects was held on 24th December 2004.
