2012-08-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/655970摘要：過去都市運輸研究領域較重視經濟與環境面向，使社會面向的研究成果在廣度與深度上相對不足，近幾年都市運輸社會議題在國際上廣被討論，旅運行為對健康影響是其中較受注意的議題之一。例如家長使用機動運具接送兒童會減少兒童身體的活動，如此便容易造成肥胖或體重過重的情形；再者，若家長期接送兒童會容易使得兒童產生依賴的心理，個性難以獨立，如此便會影響將來長大後的人格發展；另外一方面，家長接送雖然增加了陪伴兒童的時間，但卻也相對減少了兒童與同儕之間相處的時間，使得兒童社會關係薄弱，且對環境認知模糊。申請人承蒙國科會補助，在專題計畫「土地使用與交通運輸之環境正義研究：兒童、高齡者與低收入者(NSC96-2628-H-305-001-MY3)」中，對兒童通學與休閒旅次之運具選擇進行探討，在計畫執行過程中，發現運具選擇與兒童健康間的議題值得繼續探究，因此本計畫擬以三年時間，逐次探討通學運具選擇對兒童健康影響的議題，分別是：生理健康、心理狀態與社會關係三大層面。第一年度本計畫將以統計資料蒐集與問卷調查方式，分析運具選擇與兒童生理健康之間的關係，其中包括兒童的身體質量指數、醫療服務利用頻率、體適能與疾病等；繼而以量表的衡量方式，瞭解不同的通學方式對兒童各項心理狀態之影響，包括自我概念與獨立性，來探索在不同的運具選擇下，兒童心理狀態的差異；最後則以問卷調查與認知地圖的探究方式，探討通學運具選擇對兒童社會關係與對週遭環境的認知，包括與同儕之間的互動以及對社區環境關懷，以瞭解運具選擇對兒童的社會人際關係與環境關懷能力的影響。本研究希冀透過整合三年計畫後的結果，能提供完整的運具選擇對兒童健康影響的關係，並以健全兒童的身心健康與良好的社會互動關係為目標，根據實證關係建議兒童旅運發展策略方向。<br> Abstract: Most of the previous urban transportation researches focused on economic and environmental issues and hence made insufficient comprehensiveness and deepness of social issues. Therefore, the urban transport sociology issues are being widely explored in these years. The impact study of travel behaviors on health is one of the essential issues in transport sociology. For example, increasing parents carrying their children by motorized modes decreases children’s physical activities and hence increases obesity children; a child who is usually accompanied by parents will easily have dependent personality; and, keeping company with parent usually declines social relationships and environmental cognitions for children. According to the financial support from the National Science Council (project: land use and transportation studies for environmental justice: children, elders and low-income households, code: NSC96-2628-H-305-001-MY3), I had explored the mode choice of school and leisure trips for children and was aware of the importance of studying the relationships between mode choice and children health. This study aims at exploring the impacts of school travel mode choice on a child’s health. The first year will study the mode choice impacts on physical health in terms of body mass index, medical care utilization, physical fitness and illness. The second year will study the mode choice impacts on mentality in terms of self-concept and independence. Finally, the third year will study the mode choice impacts on social relationships and environmental cognitions.
