2013-08-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/691549摘要:威權領導是華人領導研究的起點,也是家長式領導三元論中最具爭議性的一環,其研究議題更於近幾年蓬勃發展。然而,這些研究卻未能將威權領導概念中觸及之角色規範的形塑作用與強調社會和諧的文化意義加以突顯,使得威權領導的構念內涵與向度內容難以真正對應其核心概念,更遑論測量工具的適切性。因此,有必要重新概念化威權領導的內容,以提供一個較為完整與適切的概念架構,並將測量工具做進一步修正,以進行更細緻的理論驗證。尤其重要地,威權領導的概念與相關模式應該在文化整合的研究策略下進行探討,方能發展出較具全球整合性的理論與分析模式。本研究計畫將分為三年執行,第一年的研究目的,在於掌握威權領導的主要內容與向度,發展測量工具,並以企業組織與運動團隊為對象,進行概念內容的效度化工作,並提出其與效能關係的初步理論架構。第二年的研究目的,旨在確認威權領導的因素結構,並檢驗威權領導與其效能變項間的關係,以建立構念關聯網絡。同時,亦比較威權領導在企業組織與運動團隊兩個不同組織情境下的效果。第三年的研究目的,則是採取文化整合作法,在台灣與亞洲的其他國家,進行威權領導模式與測量的複驗,並與其他類似領導概念進行比較,由此指出威權領導中的文化特殊性與文化普同性構念。<br> Abstract: Authoritarian leadership is a beginning of Chinese leadership research and also a controversial element of triad model of paternalistic leadership. It has received growing interest and was blooming in recent years. However, the cultural meaning of role norm shaping mechanism and highlight the social harmony are missing. Accordingly, the concept definition and content dimensions are hard to match with the core concept of authoritarian leadership. The measurement is not suitable for model testing as well. It is important to re-conceptualize authoritarian leadership and provide a rigorous testing of a complete theoretical framework. Moreover, following a cultural integration approach, researchers should incorporate the conceptualizations of authoritarian leadership with relevant ones to form a global model of authoritarian leadership. The present study thus proposes a three-year project to probe this critical issue. The first-year project will capture the main content and domains of authoritarian leadership, revise and development a more precise measurement of authoritarian leadership, and also conduct a theoretical content validation task, then provide a framework about authoritarian leadership and effectiveness. The second-year project will first confirm the factor structure of authoritarian leadership, and then investigate relationships between authoritarian leadership and its outcomes. In addition, the context effect between organization and sport fields will be examined as well. The third-year project will follow the cultural integration approach to collect data from both Taiwan and Asian countries.
