2020-01-012024-05-16https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/669558摘要:用於單分散具近紅外光之長餘暉放光奈米材料(NIR PLN)以二氧化矽殼輔助合成路徑將被開發並應用於體外細胞模型與體內小鼠模型中。NIR PLN將通過藥物攜帶功能實現功能化。為精密奈米醫學之發展提供非侵入性治療與較少副作用之益處。 經物理與化學性質優化後,NIR PLN可將吸收光能保存並持續放光達數小時之久。 此外,我們將鑑定特定之質膜受體並相應地修改PLN之設計,以增進其靶向能力。這些靶向分子可以透過特異性結合以追&#36394;轉移型腫瘤細胞。奈米技術應用於肺癌轉移中之進步是迫切需要地。因此,這項研究將提供備受信服之診斷策略與治療管理之新方法。<br> Abstract: A silica shell-assisted synthetic route for mono-disperse, near infrared-persistent luminescence nanomaterials (NIR PLNs), will be developed and applied in the, in vitro cell model and in vivo mouse model. The NIR PLNs will be functionalized with drug-carry capabilities. The development of precision nanomedicine provides the benefits of non-invasive treatment and fewer side effects. After the optimization of physical and chemical properties, the NIR PLNs will absorb the energy of light and retain fluorescence emission for several hours. Moreover, we will identify the specific plasma membrane receptor and modify the PLN’s design accordingly, to increase the targeting ability. These targeted molecules can track the metastatic cell with specific binding. The advancement of nanoscale techniques in lung cancer metastasis is an urgent need.
