2009-01-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/699044摘要：《臺大法學論叢》於1971年創刊，創刊宗旨為追求學術水準提升，而學術水準的提升則有賴眾多特定議題之論文能深入探討並公開發表。本刊能提供一園地，使法學論文的寫作與發表得以常態化、制度化是本刊的創刊目的。 本刊創刊至今已歷38個年頭，為國內歷史最悠久且最具權威的中文法學期刊。每年出版四期（季刊），分別於3、6、9、12月出刊。來稿地區涵蓋臺灣、香港、新加坡、中國大陸、日本等地區。稿件類別包括：論著、比較法制、書評與譯稿等，研究議題眾多，涉及如國際法、法律史、法理學、公法、民商法、刑法、財稅法等等，本刊為一本院屬之綜合性法學期刊。目前本刊為TSSCI（Taiwan Social Science Citation Index）收錄之核心期刊。而為了擴大法學的國際交流，2008年底本刊決定於申請加入SSCI（Social Science Citation Index）國際資料庫，目前為觀察名單，未來目標預將朝向一國際性—華文世界—區域整合（亞洲）的領導地位邁進。 <br> Abstract: National Taiwan University Law Journal was founded in 1971. Our founding philosophy is to enhance standards of academic scholarship. To achieve this goal, we are constantly raising our academic standards by in-depth study on specific law issues. Our journal provides a platform where scholars can submit and publish their ideas in a systemized and institutionalized manner. To date, the NTU Law Journal has published a great many outstanding articles in its 38 volume history, and consistently been one of the journals having the highest reputation among the Taiwan academic circle of law. Our Journal is published quarterly on every March, June, September and December. Submissions usually come from all areas including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, the Mainland, and Japan. Types of submission include: legal articles, comparative law systems introductions, book reviews and article translations covering topics like International Law, Legal History, Jurisprudence, Public Law, Civil and Commercial Law, Criminal Law and Finance and Tax Law. Our journal is a comprehensive law journal belongs to the College of Law. Now our journal has been included in the TSSCI（Taiwan Social Science Citation Index）database as a core journal. In order to expand international exchange of law, by the end of 2008 we decided to apply to join the SSCI (Social Science Citation Index) database, and our journal is on the current watch list.
