2009-07-012024-05-16https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/668715摘要:(一)計畫目標 目前國內醫療用雷射幾全賴進口,其價格過高(平均單價約200萬台幣),體積大且維修不易。本計畫擬開發瓦級之黃/綠光 (532-570 nm)醫療用光纖雷射,利用原創之專利技術,提昇其效率並縮小雷射體積,未來將逐步推動成立專業之醫療用光纖雷射公司,以提昇國內醫療品質,降低醫療成本。 (二)計畫內容架構 本計畫擬整合臺大光電所及工研院南分院雷射應用科技中心之研發團隊,共同推動建立國內自主之醫用雷射核心技術,包含:高功率近紅外光纖雷射、倍頻產生黃/綠光雷射、系統整合及後續應用之初步分析。 (三)重要工作 -建構高功率/高效率之近紅外光纖雷射。 -發展光纖側向光柵製作技術,以提昇雷射整體效率。 -研製高峰值之綠光光纖雷射。 -整體開發結合各波段雷射及軟/硬體之醫療用雷射系統。 (四)預期效益 關鍵元/組件向來為產業發展之基礎,雖然近年來台灣在半導體、資訊及電子產業蓬勃發展,但也因為未能適時發展關鍵元/組件,一直陷於組裝、代工產品的角色。為健全光電整體產業的發展,避免光電產業重蹈只能代工之角色,醫療用光電模組的發展是刻不容緩的,尤其值此政府大力推動生物科技產業之際。在各項光電元組件產業中,我國目前掌握的大多屬於低層次或高勞力密集導向的產品,這些產品的附加價值隨著鄰近各競爭國及兩岸的競合而快速降低,當未來國際競爭愈來愈激烈,重要醫療光電元組件的自主掌控與能量提昇就愈形重要,以取得系統與元件技術整合,降低成本之優勢,才能建立長期的競爭優勢。 總結來說,成功研發出可見光光纖雷射技術,可實現高附加價值之醫療用雷射及微米等級精細加工技術,未來更可廣泛應用於國內已有相當基礎之平面顯示、通訊及軟性電子等產業,不僅可以提昇產業競爭力,並可促進光、機、電之整合,擴展高功率雷射之應用領域。 <br> Abstract: Domestic medical laser instruments are mainly imported from overseas with high prices, typically more than 60k USD for a laser unit. They are in general bulky and not easy to maintain. This project aims for the development of watt-level yellow to green lasers in the wavelength range of 532-570 nm. Using our proprietary technique to reduce the volume and increase the efficiency of the medical laser, we will promote the establishment of a domestic professional medical laser company to reduce medical cost and improve the quality of medical services. The project team members are from the Institute of Photonics and Optoelectronics, National Taiwan University and the Laser Application Center, Industrial Technology and Research Institute. The research work is divided into 5 sub-projects. They are high power near infrared fiber laser, second harmonic generation of yellow laser, second harmonic generation of green laser, system integration, and application analysis and design. The expect impact of the project is to realize high value-added fiber laser technology for the applications in medical instrument and micromachining.
