余家利2006-07-262018-07-092006-07-262018-07-092005-05-19http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/23784本學門所涵蓋的領域相當廣闊，包括4 個重要的內科學次專科領域。 93 年度（93.8.1-93.12.31）共執行66 件研究計畫，其中包括血液/腫瘤 學領域計有30 件，免疫/風濕/過敏領域計有21 件及感染症研究有15 件。 撥付的總金額計有5 仟5 佰多萬。而所得的研究成果頗為豐碩。本學門 的研究對於各次專科領域的重要疾病如僵直性脊椎炎、全身性紅斑狼 瘡、氣喘病、急性白血病、口腔扁平細胞癌的分型及轉移機轉、Oxacillin 抗藥性葡萄球菌的分型、白色念珠菌的致病性研究、及肺炎鏈球菌的 Tigecycline 的療效評估等皆有重要的成果呈現。這些成果應可寫成期刊 論文發表。The research realm of this academic category is quite wide and important that contains 4 subspecial fields in the Internal Medicine. In 2004 academic year (2004.8.1-2005.7.31) sixty-six research projects have been conducted. Among which 30 projects belong to the field of hematology/oncology, 21 belong to heumatoloby/immunology/alleragy, and 15 belong to infectious diseases. The total amount of the budget was high up to NT$55,000,000. However, the results obtained from these researches seemed quite fruitful in term of the progression of the respective subspecialties in the academic field. Many important diseases including ankylosing spondylitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, bronchial asthma, acute leukemia, subtyping and molecular mechanism of metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma, subtyping of oxacilline-resistance Staphylococcus aureus, pathogenesis of Candida albicans, and therapeutical evaluation of tigecycline in the treatment of streptococcus pneumonia were successively explored from the present studies.
