2014-05-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/648832摘要:此延續型計畫結合臺大醫學院實驗動物中心(NTUMC-LAC)、藥物研究中心(NTU-DRC)與初級細胞培養實驗室之人才與資源,建立各種人類疾病動物模式或其他細胞評估方法, 以提供學術界或產業界在轉譯醫學研究及臨床前藥效評估之專業服務平台。 臺大醫學院實驗動物中心將不僅只負責提供及建立疾病動物模式之動物,動物飼養與功能研究設備,動物血液生化學檢測與組織切片染色相關服務, 也將發展新的技術以提供服務與咨詢, 特別是在發展新的基因轉殖技術 TALENT 與 CRISPR/Cas 建立人類疾病動物模式。為了更進一步建立更適合的疾病動物模式, 以提供更好的人類疾病之臨床前試驗, 實驗動物中心與台大藥物研究中心負責以癌症、心血管疾病、代謝症候群、神經性疾病,及感染症等疾病動物模式評估候選藥物藥效與可能副作用。本資源中心同時亦提供其它技術諮詢服務, 協助特殊動物品系之復育與保存, 及相關合作。希望在本計畫之支持下能提升本中心在特殊品系動物飼育繁殖品質以及小動物胚胎解凍復育之成功率,最終協助國內外研究人員之研究藥物能順利進入臨床前試驗或轉譯醫學研究。 基於我們先前的努力與成果, 本計畫之主要目標除了繼續協助整合及建立各種研究方法,培養服務人力以提升各種服務,也依學術界與業界之需求,繼續對各種服務內容及項目做適當的調整與改進,發展新的技術與更合適的人類疾病動物模式提供服務, 並將進一步優化服務的量與品質, 以持續經營之理念, 希望使各項服務之成果能達國際水準,各項服務平台能與國際接軌,並且建立國際合作服務之網絡協助科學的發展進入轉譯與臨床的實際應用。 <br> Abstract: The consecutive project integrate the talents and resource of the NTU Medical College Laboratory Animal Center (NTUMC-LAC) and NTU Drug Research Center (NTU-DRC), to establish a service platform including animal models for human diseases and the cellular evaluation method for the researchers or industry on translational medicine or pre-clinical studies. NTUMC-LAC will not just continuously provide and establish special strain animals, provides equipment for animal holding and functional study, and service for blood biochemistry and tissue pathology examination, but also develop new techniques for consultant and service, including the gene manipulation techniques (TALEN and CRISPR/Cas) for generate human disease models. In order to provide more suitable disease animal models for human diseases and the animal clinic examination, the drug-efficacy or adverse effect assay platforms of NTUMC-LAC, NTU Drug Research Center (NTU-DRC) and the primary cell culture lab will provide the services for the researchers or industry to evaluate drug targeting on cancers, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, neurological disorders, and infection. Besides, we also provide other technique-consulting services, collaboration, and provide breeding services including cryopreservation and re-derivation of special strain animals. The major goal is to conduct the development of the promising candidate products into preclinical test or translational research. Base on our previous achievement, the aims of this project are continuously establishing the integrated research system and the cultivation of the manpower for the services in conducting product-oriented innovating drugs or diagnostic kits, and trying to develop new techniques or disease models for service; and optimize the service quantity and quality, continue providing the services for the requirement of the researchers and biopharmaceuticals industry and to reinforce the industry value chains.
