These are referred as "entrepreneur's DNA" in this research. On the other hand, new study suggests that a substantial part of the answer can be found in an individual's genetic makeup, Dr. Scott Shane, the Mixon Professor of Entrepreneurial Studies at Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management, concludes "that nearly half 48 percent—of an individual's propensity to become self-employed is genetic."
