2012-04-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/680204摘要:在現今快速變動且複雜的年代,創新已經廣泛被認為是組織競爭優勢之重要來源。而「人」是創新的一項重要動力來源。然而,近年來全球及台灣的人口結構皆朝向高齡化趨勢發展,台灣尤其明顯。這樣的趨勢意味著未來高齡化工作者(aging worker)人數將會增加。高齡化工作者人數增加可能會影響組織的創造力與生產能力。雖然過去已經有些文章經開始在探討高齡化工作者對於組織與社會的影響,然而過去研究鮮少探討高齡化工作者對於創新績效之影響。因此,此研究將探討高齡化工作者與創新績效之間的關係。在研究時程上,第一年本研究將依據組織學習與知識的觀點,廣泛探討有關高齡化社會、創新績效、新產品開發相關文獻回顧來確認重要之研究變數,進而建立研究架構與研究假設;第二年將針對高齡化社會與創新績效進行實證研究,包括問卷調查初級資料與資料庫次及資料之收集,研究架構與研究假設之驗證分析,最後提出結論與建議。<br> Abstract: The turbulence of the business environment has rendered innovation as a dominant source of developing sustainable competitive advantage. One of critical factors to influence innovation performance is human resources. However, because of the trend of aging society worldwide, aging workers will increase rapidly. The increase of aging workers may influence the innovation capability and the productivity of firm. Some studies have paid attentions to explore how the aging workers have impact on the society and the operation of firm. However, little has been done in the literature regarding the effect of aging workers on innovation performance. Accordingly, this research attempts to examine how aging workers influence innovation performance. We plan to spend two years in doing the research work for the study. In the first year, we will conduct an extensive literature review to verify the constructs and develop a preliminary theoretical research framework to explain the role of aging workers on innovation performance. Moreover, this study also explains how the portfolio of team member, organization characteristics and organization resources play contingent roles in affecting the relationship between aging workers and innovation performance. This study will empirically examine the relationships of constructs about the aging workers, the portfolio of team member, organization characteristics and organization resources and innovation performance. Primary data from secondary data from databases will be collected. Empirical test will be done to verify the research framework and hypotheses.
