2019-03-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/660893摘要:洛神葵為生物有效成份相當高之作物。由於臺灣農民以多種地方品種栽培,進而造成產品之不一致性與價格之削減。然而,在判斷農民栽培之洛神葵品種時,常發生無法明確鑑定的問題。因此,開發遺傳工具可以協助判斷種原與協助育種是個重要的議題。本團隊串聯了臺東區農業改良場對洛神葵之栽培能力與種原蒐集,以及國立臺灣大學對遺傳多型性的鑑定能力,將以限制性切位相關DNA定序(Restriction-site associated DNA sequencing, RAD-seq)技術,分析洛神葵種原遺傳特性。計畫成果開發出之多型性,後續可改良作為品種鑑定之分子標誌,用以鑑定臺灣較常見之栽培品種。<br> Abstract: Roselle (<i>Hibiscus sabdariffa</i>) is a rich source of bioactive nutrients. Taiwanese farmers usually use various landraces of Roselle, and subsequently reduces product consistency and its value. However, identification of germplasms and cultivars has long been an issue. Thus, it would be of importance to develop genetic tools facilitating characterization of germplasms. We team up a cultivation and germplasm group from Taitung District Agricultural Research and Extension Station and a genetic identification team from National Taiwan University to solve this problem. In this proposal, restriction-site associated DNA sequencing (RAD-seq) is employed to analyze <i>H. sabdariffa</i> polymorphism.
