2013-05-202024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/655387摘要:本研究希冀藉由對於日、韓二國政府有關其J-pop、K-pop相關法制措施的發展及具體推動經驗的詳細研究,對未來我國應有的流行音樂著作權保護及授權措施的制定及擬定,提供參考方向及內容。具體而言,本研究冀望達大以下各項研究目標:(1)藉由針對日、韓二國政府關於流行音樂著作權保護與授權運用之法令制度、執行機構、行政措施、產官合作機制以及最新立法趨勢等資料的蒐集及研析;(2)以瞭解日、韓二國政府推動流行音樂著作權保護及授權之法規制度與運作機制,供我國相關主管部門參酌;(3)進而釐清、評估我國流行音樂產業發展之著作權保護與授權相關議題,並對照及參酌本研究關於日、韓二國政府相關法制措施之研究成果,提出符合我國法制未來應有發展方向之作法及內容。<br> Abstract: This research expects to offer suggestions for competent authorities about what should be done by them when trying to futher and encourage development of pop-music industry in Taiwan, with reference to experiences of Japanese and Korean governments regarding their policies toward J-pop and K-pop.
