2016-03-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/662306摘要:本研究以水里溪流域為研究地區,從劃定集水區潛在深層崩塌之區位,並提出具體管理建議,再以土地適宜性分析針對農林產業發展的適宜性,尋找出自然環境對發展農林產業限制的地區土地適宜性。在社經資料方面,配合其他計畫關於鄉村社區產業現況調查成果及過去與現在產業的變遷趨勢分析成果,再透過將收集過去氣象災害所造成的崩塌區位與所造成的經濟損失加以評估,掌握過去因氣候災害造成的經濟損失。接著透過土地使用現況及土地管理相關法規,以生態系服務為目標,配合農林生產產值及災害損失資料,整合進行流域內土地利用的規劃,尋求最佳化的土地使用規劃。最後整合深層崩塌的管理建議及農林產業面對氣候變遷的調適策略,予以整合做為本地區發展綠色經濟的具體建議。<br> Abstract: The study area focus on Shui-Li creek basin. Firstly, the potential deep landslide within the watershed are delineated, the specific management suggestions are proposed, as well. Secondly, the restricted area from the agricultural and forestry development are listed according to the land suitability analysis. Thirdly, from the social and economic aspects, collect the current and past analysis and trend of rural community industry development through the current and past inventories. Meanwhile, in order to manage the damage loss, the historical landslide regions from the meteorological disasters are assembled and the economic loss are valuated. And then, in addition to integration of the current land use plan, related land management regulations, and ecosystem service objectives, agricultural and forestry production output and meteorological disaster damage loss are considered to develop the appropriate land use plans in the creek basin. Finally, practical suggestions on the local green economic development are proposed.
