2010-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/713414摘要:由於高齡少子化趨勢,醫療費用負擔的經濟壓力增加,醫療照護之需求轉為治療與照護並重,而慢性病管理與預防觀點的健康管理需求皆益受重視。醫療照護為行政院六大新興產業之一,以國內強大的資通訊技術研發與應用能力為基礎,已有許多醫學中心提供相關之創新醫療服務。 本研究擬採用VISOR模式之架構,針對遠距照護與健康管理兩種創新醫療服務,設計相對應之營運模式與績效評估,並探討個案管理師的服務流程與顧客關係管理機制。 第一年:建立創新醫療服務研究架構與分析顧客需求 1.調查健康照護產業之顧客需求 2.進行健康照護產業個案管理師之訪談 3.確認研究架構與價值主張 (value proposition) 4.分析健康照護個案管理師與顧客之互動介面機制 (interface) <br> Abstract: Aging population in Taiwan increases the household financial burden from medical expense and expands the scope of needs for healthcare service. To cope with these trends, long-term treatments for chronic patients and preventive practice for healthcare management are two promising directions. Healthcare service is one of the six emerging industries set by the government, and with solid support from ICT R&D capability and application creativity, many medical centers are developing innovative services in tele- healthcare and health management. This research project aims to develop business models for two healthcare service innovations: tele-health and health management, based on the VISOR framework. The service processes and customer relationship management systems for case helpers in both models are also investigated.
