Climate change has been known to pose great threats with large uncertainties for future water supply . This gives rise a pressing need in evaluating the resilience of water resources to be quantified by measurements of multiple dimensions of vulnerability, severity of consequences, and time for recovering from disruptions. To understand the governing mechanisms of the water resources and the inter-relationships among associated systems, it is necessary to integrate the interconnected water systems of distinct and interdependent networks, with collaboratively consideration of landcover, geology, hydrology, and human water demand in a spatially and temporally dynamic way. As a result, this subproject aims to explore basin-wide water potentials and limitations, and search for adaptation strategies to the vulnerable conditions for effective and sustainable water resources management.高等教育深耕計畫-核心研究群計畫【以系統動態模型方法評估水資源回復力】
