2023-01-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/653886百合(Lilium spp.)是切花作物中內銷量最大之品項,目前國內生產主流品種轉變為為東方型(oriental type)與喇叭型(trumpet type)雜交之OT型百合(oriental trumpet lily),然相關文獻皆以早期主流品種,亞洲型(asiatic type)或東方型為材料。目前計畫執行結果發現醣類能有效促進OT型百合切花的花朵開放時間及品質,然而添加後會加劇葉片劣化,於瓶插初期便對影響切花整體外觀。細胞分裂素(6-benzylaminopurine, BA)及激勃素(gibberellic acid, GA4+7 )添加至瓶插液中,能有效的改善葉片黃化,但施用濃度為影響效果的重要因素。本年度嘗試以瓶插液添加及噴施的施用組合,降低施用量並且增加施用的便利性,希望在最低的成本下取得最佳之保鮮效果。本計畫期望獲得最適於國內百合切花品種之保鮮處理方式。而後將會分析醣類添加以及施用藥劑對於百合切花生理及碳水化合物分布之影響,探討葉片黃化徵狀出現之生理原因,以及生長調節劑對於維持葉片品質或是調節切花內碳水化合物分布的影響。本計畫兼顧學術面以及產業應用面,希望改善OT型百合切花之採後處理,並進行紮實之基礎生理研究。 Lilium spp. is the primary cut flower in domestic market in Taiwan. The main cultivars are the hybrids between oriental and trumpet types, so-called oriental-trumpet lily, OT lily. However, recent studies focused on former primary cultivars, Asiatic or oriental lilies. The results in the 1st year of this project showed that the addition of sugars in preservatives improved flowering duration and quality, but it also enhanced the deterioration of leaves which reduced overall aesthetic quality of cut flowers at early stage in vase. The cytokinin (6-benzylaminopurine, BA) and gibberellic acid (GA4+7) in vase solution maintained the quality of leaves but the concentration was an important factor. This year, the application methods, combinations, and concentrations of BA and GA4+7 will then be tested, trying to lower down the dose and make the application more convenient. We hope to find the lowest cost with the best postharvest quality and develop the preservative specific to lily cultivars in the domestic market. We will also analyze the physiological change and carbohydrate partitioning of the cut flower after adding the sugars and the plant growth regulators (PGRs) to determine the physiological causes for the leaf yellowing and the effects of PGRs.
