2008-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/681135摘要：在推動「邁向頂尖大學學術領域全面提昇」計畫，本系擬定四大主軸 – 增進學術研究能量、積極推動擴大跨領域之資管學域研究、提升教學品質及推動國際化。 第一、在增進學術研究能量方面： a) 本系將積極增聘卓越師資，擴大本系的教師群； b) 積極鼓勵、推動本系教師與本校、本院、國內、外大學、研究機構，進行跨領域之資管學域的研究合作；c) 延攬國內外頂尖專家、學者至本系講學與進行學術專題研究； d) 鼓勵教師及研究生發表高品質論文具影響力的期刊及重要國際研討會研究論文等 第二、在提升教學品質方面，為持續精進本系之師資能量，將積極增聘卓越專任教師與延攬優秀之專家教師至本系授課，並提供其必要之教學支援與補助。藉以協助本系在教學課程的創新與設計、新研究議題的開發與討論以及教材的編撰與整理等提昇。將可有效改善本系教師在研究與教學兩方面負擔過重的問題，以及降低生師比。 第三、在推動國際化，為具體提昇本系之國際聲望，我們將 a) 積極推行全英語授課（目前本系仍以中文授課為主但是80％授課教材為英語教材），配合學校方針提昇學生專業語文能力； b) 積極邀請相關研究領域之外國學者至本系訪問，進行學術交流及講學，以增進教師及學生之國際觀；c) 鼓勵本系教師及研究生踴躍出席國際研討會及國際會議、發表論文、參訪國際學術機構；並成為重要國際學術組織或國際期刊成員，提高國際事務的參與程度；d) 鼓勵系上教師及學生多方面參與國內外各種機關團體辦理之資管領域相關之參訪，競賽，營隊等活動，以與國際資管團體維持聯繫並汲取優良經驗；e) 聘請外籍英語教師開授英文寫作課程及英語口語表達能力之課程，加強本系學生英語專業能力，期在國際交流中有優良的表現。<br> Abstract: The following contents are the strategies and implement methods of our project 1. To raise our research capacity: a) To hire new teacher. b) To encourage our teacher to have research cooperation with other schools etc. c) To have research projects with other professors. d) To encourage out teachers and pupils publish high quality and good articles in important journal or conference. 2. To improve our teaching quality: a) To hire new and professional professors to teach in our department in order to increase our research capacity and improve our teaching quality. Changing the learning environment is another main point. 3. To promote our department more internationalization. a) Teachers teach lessons in English. b) To hire new and professional professors to teach in our department c) To encourage teachers and pupils to attend good and important conference. d) To hire foreign English teacher to teach speech and communication lessons in order to improve our pupils’ English ability.學術領域全面提升/管理學院/資訊管理學系
