李哖2006-07-262018-06-292006-07-262018-06-292001http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/18212文心蘭Gower Ramsey出瓶後1 年半具 2 假球莖之中苗經一年的栽培管理,其花期 錯落於全年,盛花期出現在春和秋冬二 季,主因受萌芽快慢及溫度所左右。中苗 予不同濃度肥料處理,高濃度肥料降低開 花率,而開花者,其假球莖含可溶性糖高 於不開花者1 倍以上,顯示假球莖蓄積碳 水化合物為開花要件。Gower Ramsey 和 Sweet Sugar 中小苗於15-30℃不同溫度處 理,高溫(30/25℃)下葉面積較大但假球 莖和根的生長量下降,涼溫(20/15℃)有 利根的發育,但葉面積較小,而以中溫 25/20℃生長最佳,當代假球莖最重。Gower Ramsey 抽梗達76cm 時予3 週弱光,在 35/30℃只有11 朵小花,強光也只有16 朵, 抽長到100cm,在20-30℃強光下,尚有5.2 分枝,但3週的弱光會使分枝數降到2.2-2.8 枝,其花朵數也極顯著降低,顯示高溫及 弱光不利分枝與小花分化與發育。測其光 合作用,高溫顯著降低其光合速率,其光 飽和點約在200-300μmol· m-2s-1。此外, 已收集文心蘭重要之原生種與雜交種,並 進行授粉行為之研究,其中自交結果莢者 有Onc. Sweet Sugar ‘Angel’,結莢率4 %, Onc. Java ‘Augie’ ,結莢率6.7 %,及Onc. lanceanum,結莢率60 %。在148 種組合中 認為有自交不親和性,將於未來討論。One and half year old plants which one and half year after ex vitro and with two pseudobulbs were cultivated under greenhouse for one year. They flowered year round in following year. However,flowers also concentrated in the spring and autumn which were primarily affected by shoot sprouting and growing temperature. Onc. Gower Ramsey plants were treated with different fertilizer concentration , the results showed that the flowering % decreased in high fertilizer treatment.The pseudobulb with flower stalk contained above double concentration of soluble carbohydrate compared with non-flowering pseudobulbs. It showed that accumulating carbohydrate in pseudobulbs was an important document of flowering. Onc. Gower Ramsey and Onc. Sweet Sugar plants had largger leaf area under 25/30 ℃ than 20/15℃ .However,fresh weight of pseudobulbs and roots were decreased.The development of roots could be promoted under 20/15℃,but 2 leaf area was smaller.In conclusion,the optimal temperature for Oncidium to grow was 25/20 ℃ .The experiment on the effects of different temperature and light levels on inflorescences development of Onc. Gower Ramsey showed that branch number of flower stalk and florets number decreased at high temperature(35/30℃) and low light level(60% shaded) The net photosynthetic rate decreased rapidly at high temperature(30/25℃).and the light saturation point was about 200-300μmol· m-2s-1. In order to breed new cultivar of Oncidium,we studied on capsule set ratio of Oncidium and related genus by using self-pollition.The result showed that Onc. Sweet Sugar ‘Angel’, Onc. Java ‘Augie’ and Onc.
