2014-02-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/683630摘要:超大寬頻是各國政府與企業積極投入的研發重點,超大寬頻的創新服務更是寬頻業者希冀能研發並成功創造市場商機的策略重點。創新服務需以良好的使用者經驗為核心,發掘使用者潛在需求。再配合商業模式為獲利根基、服務設計為規劃架構、紮實技術為基本條件,以不斷的快速原型淬煉出真正的創新。中華電信是國內指標性的寬頻業者,也是國內少數有紮實內部研發的服務業者。中華電信過去雖積極研發寬頻創新,但多著墨於功能層次。臺灣大學智慧生活科技整合與創新研究中心(以下簡稱本中心)是國內使用者經驗與創新服務研發的翹楚,過去本中心與中華電信在通路創新上成果豐碩、互信甚深。我們希望雙方合作能更上一層樓,透過本計畫深入洞察使用者的需求,共同研發超大寬頻的突破性創新服務。 本計畫擬以社群影音為核心框架,發展以使用者經驗為中心的隨選、互動影音創新服務。在創新研發上,以本中心發展的「BEST 使用者經驗創新方法論」作為核心概念,透過服務創新五階段流程-探掘深度洞見、開發創新服務及快速原型、規劃專屬的商業模式、研擬新的衡量標準、反覆試驗精煉新服務,涵蓋人機環流的服務面向,並透過快速原型的實驗平台來驗證,佐以商業模式的研擬,產生有營收價值的創新服務。本計畫為三年計畫,目前已執行近一年,並產出豐碩之研究成果,我們希望於接續兩年的計畫時程內,繼續完備超大寬頻使用者需求與潛在機會分析、淬煉突破性的創新服務概念與驗證、建立快速原型的實驗平台與服務創新方法與流程。平台與方法論的建立與深化將可進一步的推廣與外溢,提升台灣服務業者未來進行創新服務的研發能力。<br> Abstract: In recent times, the deployment of the network and Internet broadband are two important indexes for national and corporate competencies. Taiwan’s government has made significant investments and implemented policies for strengthening the information and telecommunications infrastructures to trigger corporate and business investment of innovative products or services. From the perspective of developing ultra-broadband services, we find that most Taiwanese companies are lacking knowledge regarding the definition of user needs, and the implementation of products or services have not been verified in reasonable procedures. Therefore, under conditions of high risks and uncertainty, companies are unwilling to embrace the power of innovation. Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) is the largest telecommunication carrier and the largest broadband provider in Taiwan. NTU Insight Center and CHT has built strong relationships of mutual trust on CHT distribution channel innovation project. This project aims to enhance the systematic innovative methods and to build the service models for ultra-broadband services. We will work in the field of “social network of media and entertainment services”, and develop the user-centered design services for “on-demand” and “social interactive” features. The “BEST” innovation framework is the core concept, and the research activities will follow the “Five Stages of Innovation Process”, which are: 1.Developing insight, 2.Creating service concept and rapid prototype, 3.Planning the business model, 4.Designing new metrics for delivery, and 5. Piloting. We will consider the complex interactions between human, computers, contents and environments, and build an experience prototype lab and software platform to test the viability and feasibility of the service concepts. This is a three-years project and there are fruitful outcomes and distinguished impacts in the first year.
