2019-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/674855摘要:空氣氣體的前處理是空汙檢測中重要一環,須對空汙中的懸浮微粒及氣體需進行分離及濃縮處理,以供足夠的樣本進行檢測。本子計畫將針對本團隊所開發的微型懸浮微粒紅外線頻譜分析儀,開發流道系統,以有效提高懸浮微粒濃度,達到提升檢測精度及訊雜比之目標。在此預濃縮器後端開發具多層濾膜之過濾器,針對台灣潮濕的環境及場域,濾除懸浮微粒,並提供選擇性油霧及水氣濾除功能,將純化後的氣體送入本團隊所開發之微型氣相層析系統進行檢測。而目前濾材以PM2.5微粒過濾為主要挑戰,因能提供低壓損及高效率的靜電濾材仍有其技術瓶頸,目前較為緻密及較高厚度的濾膜皆會造成極高之壓損,而造成抽氣系統能量需求無法下降及縮小之困境。為突破此一困境本計畫將開發濾材及流道系統以發展可降低壓損之濾膜製程及流道系統,並進一步降低耗能需求,達到微型化之目標。本子計畫將設計並製作多股熔噴設備及多股電紡設備,開發環烯烴共聚物(COC)、熱塑性聚氨酯彈性體(TPU)、及聚丙烯(PP)塑膠材料之濾膜製程技術,並研究奈米顆粒之濾膜纖維改質方法,以開發高效率低壓損之濾膜及多層濾膜系統。在預濃縮器方面,將設計小型高速分離空氣微粒分離、擷取及濃縮流道系統,開發高效率之氣體預濃縮器,並提供可測試空氣微粒之。<br> Abstract: Pretreatment process is an important step for detection of air pollution. To provide sufficient sample for detecting gas and particulate matters, the air under investigation needs to be separated and be concentrated. To match the infra-red particulate matter analytic system and the gas molecular detection system, we will developed a pre-concentrator for two purposes. One is to separate particulate matters from gas and feed gas to the gas molecular detection system for analysis. The other is to perform concentration process for particular matters for infra-red particulate matter analytic system. To meet the humid environment of Taiwan, filter materials that can handle moisture and oil mist will be developed for selectively filter out gases for detection. To achieve this goal, a multi-channel melt-spinning and a multi-channel electrospinning system will be developed in this project. Filters with different packing density and fiber diameters will be studied to develop a low pressure drop and high efficient electrostatic filter materials. Cyclic olefin copolymer, thermoplastic polyurethane, and polypropylene are the three plastic materials to be studied. A fluidic channel system that mimic the filtration of lung will be developed to reduce the pressure drop and also to separate particulates and gas.
