2009-10-082024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/664442摘要:本計劃目的為提供國民蔬果保健資訊與宣導政府的安全農業施政成果,建立國民正確的營養保健觀念,鼓勵多攝取優質、安全與健康的本土性蔬果,促進農產品的消費與提升價值。將蔬果的營養與保健研究成果整理、分析,利用書面、網路與媒體將資訊推廣至全國民眾,並邀請蔬果保健專家與安全農業生產示範單位,舉辦講座與農產品展示會,普及推廣安全農業與優質本土性蔬果對人體保健之重要性與效果。此外,也分析都會區消費者對蔬果的飲食、購買習慣及對安全農業的認知,作為產業與蔬菜研究的參考。<br> Abstract: The objective of this study is first to collect and offer the information of the health promoting function of vegetables and fruits to our countrymen. Through mutual communication, speech and conference, the progress of safety agriculture and health protection via diet will be understood by the consumers, and thus promote the consumption of Taiwan vegetables and fruits, especially the safety products. Both related researchers and producers of safety horticultural products will be invited to host the conferences.
