2016-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661014摘要:養雞業產生大量之雞糞,由於公共衛生和環境影響的疑慮,導致去化不易,因此需要有效的處理方法以解決雞糞衍生之環境和廢棄物處理之問題,並透過雞糞再利用以降低廢棄物處理成本,以及公衛疑慮。本計畫將雞糞以前期計畫選擇的條件炭化後,於桃園、彰化和宜蘭選擇場址,以不同比例添加於土壤後,分別種植水稻、蔬菜和苗木,並依一般的農作習慣持續耕作兩年。分析生物炭大量產製和施用的可能問題。於每期作後分析不同處理下作物種植前後土壤理化性質,土壤肥力以及重金屬含量和有效性,以及不同作物之營養和重金屬吸收情況。將所獲得之成果用以評估不同生物炭添加處理對不同作物生長和重金屬吸收的影響,並分析現地施用的可能技術問題,以及雞糞再資源化作為土壤改良劑之效益。預期本研究之成果將有助於將雞糞再利用,達成再資源利用和廢棄物減量的雙重效果。同時,透過生物炭施用改善農地土壤品質、提高施肥效率,以降低作物生產成本。<br> Abstract: Poultry farmings in Taiwan produce a large amount of poultry litter every year. Due to the concerns of public health related to the direct use of poultry litter as a fertilizer to soils, this renewable resource has been turned into a waste that requires proper management or disposal. In this proposed study, poultry litters will be converted into biochars based on the pyrolysis conditions suggested in our previous studies, and on-site studies will be conducted for the benefit analysis of using poultry-litter biochar as a soil amendment. The study sites will be selected from Taoyuan, Changhua and Yilan, and the poultry-litter biochars will be amended to the soils of the selected sites with varying biochar-soil ratios. The cultivations of paddy rice, vegetables and tree seedlings will be conducted consecutively on the study sites using the conventional methods for two years. After each cultivation, the plants will be harvested and analyzed for the contents of nutrients and heavy metals. The soils before and after each cultivation will be analyzed for physichemical properties, fertility and heavy metal contents. The results will be used to clarify the effects of biochar amendment on the qualities of the soils and plants grown on the soils. Accordingly, the technical problems and difficulties of poultry-litter biochar production and application will be analyzed and the potential solutions will be suggested.
