2011-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/707741摘要:舞菇(Grifola frondosa)為一種高經濟價值的藥用菇&#63952;,又稱為灰樹花、舞茸、&#63962;子蘑或&#63897;花菌等。在亞洲地區如中國大&#63955;、韓國、日本等國家,舞菇被視為一種珍貴的傳統藥材。&#64025;農本草經中報導食用舞菇可改善脾胃的&#63847;舒服,安&#64025;及治&#63937;痣疾等。舞菇的藥&#63972;活性研究顯示,舞菇具有免疫調節、抗腫瘤、&#64009;血脂、&#64009;血&#64003;及保肝等功效。然而這些研究報告焦點主要集中於液態培養舞菇萃取物及其多醣體的活性,仍欠缺化學成分分析。目前舞菇是被農委會&#63900;為主要開發與發展的藥用菇&#63952;,在中國大&#63955;舞菇是被&#63900;為國家最具有開發潛&#63882;的藥用真菌,舞菇在日本已成為日本市場七大主要菇&#63952;之一。根據Medline的資&#63934;庫,舞菇的研究報告有140多篇,但是其中僅有少&#63849;報導固態培養舞菇之體外及體內免疫調節與抗糖尿病活性的研究。因固態培養舞菇在化學成分上與液態培養舞菇亦有差&#63842;,進而會影響到舞菇的藥&#63972;活性。因此有必要深入瞭解固態培養舞菇的化學成分及藥&#63972;活性與作用機制。本研究主要目的為(1)探討固態培養舞菇的主要化學成分;(2)探討固態培養舞菇萃取物(含多醣體)的免疫調節及抗糖尿病活性與作用機制;(3)以動物實驗模式進&#64008;評估固態培養舞菇萃取物之免疫調節及抗糖尿病功效。所得之研究成果將可供作開發舞菇保健食品之重要科學依據。<br> Abstract: Grifola frondosa, also known as Wu-gu, Hui-shu-hua, Wu-rong, Li-zi-mo, Lian-hua-jun and others, is a medicinal fungus with high economic value. In mainland China, Korea and Japan and other Asian countries, it is regarded as an important ingredient of traditional medicines. According to the Shen-Nong-Ben-Cao-Jing, regular consumption of G. frondosa can improve the spleen and stomach discomfort, soothe the nerves and cure skin diseases such as wart or mole. In pharmacological investigations, G. frondosa was shown to possess immunomodulatory, anti-tumor, lowering blood lipid and sugar levels, hepatoprotective and other activities. These research reports, however, were mainly focused on extracts of liquid cultured G. frondosa and its polysaccharides, information on chemicals of G. frondosa remains limited. Currently G. frondosa is classified as the major priority for development by the Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan, it is regarded as the most promising medicinal fungus in mainland China, and in Japan, it is one of the seven most popular mushrooms in the market. Based on the Medline database, there are over 140 related articles, of which only a limited number were reported on in vitro and vivo studies of solid-cultured G. frondosa for its immnumodulatory and anti-diabetic properties. Because the chemical properties of the solid-cultured G. frondosa are different from that of liquid cultured, these consequently can affect the pharmacological properties of G. frondosa. Therefore, it is essential to have an insight study on the chemicals and the pharmaceutical properties of solid-cultured G. frondosa, as well as understanding their mechanim(s) of action. The main objectives of this study are: (1) to examine the major chemical constituents of solid-cultured G. frondosa; (2) to investigate the immunomodulatory and anti-diabetic properties of solid-cultured G. frondosa extracts (including polysaccharides) and its mechanisms of action; and (3) using animal models to evaluate the immunomodulatory and anti-diabetic activities of solid-cultured G. frondosa.
