2016-08-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/680804摘要:隨著工業化社會的變遷,心血管疾病、惡性腫瘤和神經精神疾病的患病率和死亡率在全球各地不斷地攀升,不僅導致生命的損失和生活品質的嚴重劣化,還造成整體社會的巨大經濟損失和健保資源浪費。為了解決這個問題,必須發展具有較高靈敏度和專一性的個人化疾病診斷方法,從疾病的標誌分子和基因組著手,研發分子成像儀器和檢驗技術,並追蹤患者的治療預後。臺大分子生醫影像研究中心,整合台灣大學各領域的尖端技術,結合臺大醫院的卓越醫療,提出本整合型拔尖研究計畫,目標在於以多重分子生醫影像科技建置一安全、正確、有效率的就醫環境。我們將致力於開發先進分子影像技術,將重點研究惡性腫瘤、神經精神疾病,透過轉譯醫學的模式,從小動物實驗到臨床試驗,整合多模態分子影像技術,提供高品質的個人化診療服務,以便及早診斷各種疾病。此拔尖計畫有一個總計畫,整合以下4個子計畫: SP1:以光學虛擬切片分子影像從事早期疾病診斷 SP2:新世代核磁共振生醫分子影像之研發 SP3:以多重正子探針分子生醫影像定位疾病之分子表現型 SP4:多波段紅外線影像系統:早期疾病診斷與化療反應監控 並在計畫最後一年,為人才之傳承、國際競爭力之提升、對目前團隊弱點的強化與加深國外機構人員的參與,將新增2個子計畫: SP5: 腦連結體分子影像平台計畫 SP6: 發展AAV載體平台表現近紅外螢光蛋白質以偵測深層神經影像 <br> Abstract: With the advance of industrialized society, the prevalence rate and mortality rate of cardiovascular diseases, malignancies, and neuro-psychiatric disorders keep on rising globally, not only results in loss of human lives and serious degradation of life quality, but also cause tremendous economic loss and health care resource. It is thus critical to develop molecular imaging instrumentation and assays, to develop personalized ways to diagnose diseases and monitor therapies in patients with higher sensitivity and specificity, and to understand diseases from a fundamental molecule and genome point of view. Through the integration of the multidisciplinary resources of National Taiwan University, in this integrated research proposal, the Molecular Imaging Center (MIC)/NTU aims to combine cutting-edge technology with advanced clinical medicine to achieve high sensitivity and specificity clinical molecular imaging. The goal is to establish a safe, accurate and efficient medical care environment. For imaging modality, we will devote to the development of advanced molecular imaging techniques and focus on the studies of malignancies, and neuro-psychiatric disorders. Through translational medicine study, the sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis will be validated from pre-clinical studies to human clinical trials. This program has a main project as the core to integrate 4 related subprojects (SPs): SP1: Advanced optical virtual biopsy for early disease diagnosis SP2: Next Generation MR Molecular Imaging for Personalized Medicine SP3: Molecular pheno-typing of diseases by multiple PET probe molecular imaging SP4: Multi-spectrum IR imaging system: early disease diagnosis and chemotherapy response monitoring In the last year of this project, we also propose to add another 2 SPs, to strength our team operation and the capability to address one of the focused issues regarding the neuro-psychiatric disorders: SP5: Molecular imaging platform for brain connectomics SP6: AAV platform for infrared fluorescence protein imaging of neurons in deep tissues Through the integration of multi-modality molecular imaging technologies, this program aims to provide highly competitive and high quality services for early detection and diagnosis of various disease entities.分子影像轉譯醫學臨床診斷個人化醫療非侵入式molecular imagingtranslational medicineclinical diagnosispersonalized medical carenoninvasiveness學優勢重點領域拔尖計畫【子計畫2 新世代核磁共振生醫分子影像之研發】
