2018-04-272024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/672179摘要: 鑑於日本福島核災所釋出之核分裂核種,經過大氣傳輸已出現在台灣附近,而中國東南沿岸亦有多間核能發電廠。臺灣沿近海之漁場主要分布在東北及西南海域,海洋生物亦可能受到海水中放射性核種之影響。臺灣近沿海漁業漁獲為國人飲食來源之一,並深受國人關注,然而目前仍不清楚台灣沿近海是否可能受到上述鄰近潛在之人工核種來源影響,且有關人工核種在台灣鄰近海域中之基本背景值付之闕如,為求建立並釐清核分裂核種於臺灣鄰近海域中之基本背景值,本計畫將採集臺灣周遭海域之海水、沉積物及海洋生物樣品。 臺灣鄰近海域之洋流有季節性的變化,夏季時主要源自黑潮及南海,但偶爾受到珠江沖淡水之影響;而於冬季除黑潮水及南海水之外,閩浙沿岸流亦影響臺灣西岸及臺灣北部。黑潮水及南海水基本上可作為臺灣附近海水之背景值。本計畫依照上述洋流區分台灣沿近海為五大區域,每區規劃數個固定採樣點,將採集並監測放射性核種之強度,另外將同時分析該海水樣品中之溫度鹽度以及化學參數,並輔以現有之海洋物理漂流模式,以供研判該海水樣品之可能來源。本計畫將統整併分析現有資料,考慮洋流及氣候之變化,系統性地提出未來台灣鄰近海域中放射性核種監測之藍圖。 <br> Abstract: Fukushima-derived radionuclides from Japan have been transported to the adjacent region near Taiwan through atmosphere circulation. There are also a few nuclear power stations at southeast Mainland China. The major Taiwanese fishing grounds are located in waters off northeastern and southwestern Taiwan. Marine life may also be affected by radionuclides. These fishery catch is one of the food sources and is cared by the Taiwanese. However, the impact by the potential nuclear source around Taiwan is still unclear. The background value of radionuclides near coastal waters is unclear either. We propose to take seawater, sediment, and marine biota samples surrounding Taiwan for the analysis of their concentration of radionuclides. Currents near Taiwan vary seasonally. Waters are generally originated from the Kuroshio and the South China Sea with occasional effects from the Pearl River plume during summer. In addition, coastal current near Fujian-Zhejiang also affects the western and northern coasts of Taiwan during winter. Waters from Kuroshio and the South China Sea can be generally treated as the background near Taiwan. But, waters from the Pearl River and Fujian-Zhejiang coastal water might carry anthropogenic radionuclides from the nuclear power stations in Mainland China to Taiwan. Therefore, we generally separate Taiwan waters into five regions based on the currents and we plan several fixed stations in each region. We will take the water samples and also measure the salinity, temperature, and chemical parameters. The potential sources of the water sample may be suggested by a physical model and the chemical parameters.
