2009-04-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/662164摘要:本計畫擬應用分離自根圈之細菌菌株,利用合適之輸送方式於田間使用,以防治植物之病害,減少化學農藥之使用,並期發展於室溫得長時間保存之製劑。第一年度擬進行內孢子生產條件及收集技術試驗,確立內孢子鏡檢方法、產孢培養基種類、產孢時間,並由生物防治試驗了解所研發細菌製劑之成效。第二年度:擬測試以介質收集菌體的效果,確定適用之介質種類,並以生物防治試驗了解介質的應用成效,分析細菌活性成份,以掌握細菌製劑之研製及應用條件。預期可建立內孢子生產條件及收集技術,確立內孢子產孢培養基及產孢時間,並由生物防治效果了解所研發細菌製劑之成效,並可技轉應用於有機栽作。<br> Abstract: This project is to utilize the rhizosphere bacteria with a proper delivery method in plant disease control in fields. This application will decrease the use of agrochemicals. In addition, this study will develop a method for long-term storage of the bacterial bioagent. In the first year, the sporulation condition will be investigated and the spore collection method will be examined. The microscopic examination, kinds of sporulation media, and sporulation time will be determined. Based on the biocontrol results, the efficacy of developed bioagent will be explicited. In the second year, the substrate materials will be used for the collection of bacteria. The kinds of substrate materials most suitable for bacterial collection will be determined after biocontol experiments. The acive compounds will be analyzed to support the usage of the bacterial bioagent.
