2003-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/697589摘要:在今日全球運籌管理的運作模式下,供應鏈中的製造廠商對於製造成本的控制能力及環境不確定性的應變彈性益形重要。製造商間彼此應如何競爭來爭取零售商的訂單以求自身利益最大,或應互相合作以求全體利益最大已成為值得深入探討的課題。本研究即分析在兩個製造商對單一零售商情境下通路成員的決策模式,探討製造商如何藉由供貨價格及品質水準之雙重競爭構面,以爭取獨買的零售商之訂單,並達到利潤最大化的目標。 本研究預定將製造商的關係分成競爭性第一期、第二期及合作性第一期、第二期等四種情境,並特別探討品質成本因子、生產成本因子及品質成本綜效因子等三項關鍵因子,分別在不同情境下及不同期間,對相關決策變數的影響。 針對以上的研究目的,本研究的工作項目可細分為以下幾點來進行: (1)描述問題與建立供應鏈雙佔結構下數學模式 (2)進行情境設計與模式分析及推論 (3)提出通路成員的決策模式定理與數學證明 (4)提供個別產業管理上的建議 <br> Abstract: In a global logistics-driven market, the manufacturers in the supply chain need to control their production cost effectively and respond to the market uncertainty and changes quickly. How to compete and cooperate among the manufacturers has become an important issue in supply chain management. In this research, we focus on the duopoly structure and discuss how two manufacturers compete for the order of a single retailer in both wholesale price and quality level under the rational consideration of maximizing profit. This research will derive models and provide analytical results under four scenarios: period 1 of competition, period 2 of competition, period 1 of cooperation, and period 2 of cooperation. In particular, we will discuss the impacts of quality cost factor, production cost factor, and quality cost synergy factor on the rational behavior of manufacturers.
