2020-03-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/651787(E): The research focuses on the green electronic processes, including recycling Si wastes; exploiting SiO materials for energy storage and developing the green process for the SiCl4 and TEOS key materials for semiconductors; establishing the waste reduction technology of the electro/electroless plating processes and the recycling of waste metals; and fabricating high color rendering and wide color gamut with LED quantum dots. Our developed key technologies include (1) Biomass based conductive films and their electronic devices, (2) Multifunctional applications of celluloses, (3) Recycling PC and PET for high valued-added materials, (4) Interfacial layer for high capacity and safe energy storage cells, (5) Recycling silicon materials for high valued-added materials , (6) Membrane key technology for circular economy, (7) Green process for high color rendering and wide color gamut with LED quantum dots. The research achievements of the 2018~2019 are listed in the following: 135 SCI journal papers and 94 of them are in the top 15% ranked journal category; 3 granted patents and 14 applied patents; 40 industrial collaboration projects and technology transfer with the toal grant of 48740000 NTD; 25 items of industrial investment with the total budget of 131525000NTD and two ongoing start-up company; cultivate 12 high level researchers; 18 technology forum/workshop/conference; and establish the green materials research international hub with the university/research institutes from France, Japan, and Australia. In the future, we will devote to develop the leading green materials technology and cultivate high-level researchers with a strong industrial collaboration.(109)2-2高等教育深耕計畫-特色領域研究中心【前瞻綠色材料高值化研究中心】、前瞻綠色材料高值化研究中心(3/5)
