2018-03-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/662753摘要:電漿激活水在製備過程或施用時皆屬高安全性,且不會導致任何有毒代謝物殘存於環境中。本計畫預計於控制溫度、濕度與日照之生長箱或溫室場域,評估不同濃度之電漿製備水預防及控制小白菜上根瘤線蟲感染之能力。試驗將評估電漿激活水對小白菜生長之影響。若效果良好則未來可延續於建置有棚架設施之試驗田區進行試驗,評估電漿激活水於田間實際防治作用之效果。對於小白菜這類連續採收的蔬菜作物,若能以電漿激活水取代化學藥劑,提供無農藥殘留顧慮之安全農產品,不僅對整體社會相當重要,更能有效提高該產品之價值。 成功執行本計劃亦能提升農民施作場域之安全,達到推廣友善環境耕作之目的。<br> Abstract: Plasma activated water is an eco-friendly material that is safe from production to application. It does not leave toxic residues in the soil after application. This project aims to evaluate the impact of multiple concentrations of plasma-activated water on root-knot nematode in the Chinese cabbage system, under temperature and light controlled environment such as growth chamber. The experiments will also evaluate the impact of plasma-activated water on Chinese cabbage growth. Positive experimental results will lead to extend tests in greenhouse and field conditions for further disease management assessment. Successful execution of this project will effectively reduce the application of toxic chemicals, which is very important to the continues harvest crops such as Chinese cabbage.
