2002-08-012024-05-16https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/669472摘要:本計畫為防災任務導向之〝颱風伴隨強風與豪雨之觀測與預報技術之發展(二)〞之第七子計畫。自1999年到2001年由台灣大學、中山科學院以及中央氣象局的三方合作下,所成立之無人飛機探空(Aerosonde)工作團隊,歷經多次戶外觀測(包括綠島中尺度天氣實驗) ,已經累積成熟的Aerosonde操控技術與資料分析,其中的第6次颱風觀測(2001年10月16日)Aerosonde進入第21號颱風(海燕)環流,蒐集到珍貴的強風與強降水之現場資料。 上年度六項規劃目標,即:(1)持續運作Aerosonde工作團隊,發揮Aerosonde觀測工具之特有性以及取得颱風之海上環流現場氣象資料;(2)建立Aerosonde第二組操控技術人員,傳承Aerosonde操控技術;(3)加強現有Aerosonde起降基地之週邊支援;(4)建立Aerosonde出動觀測颱風之標準流程;(5)試用無線電中繼站設施以展延Aerosonde在台灣東部海上之長程飛行能力;(6)選擇颱風共伴環流之個案,進行海上飛行觀測與資料診斷。我們已經順利執行上述目標之第1到第3目標,2002年夏季與秋季將持續進行密集飛行來蒐集更多天氣<br> Abstract: This proposed research is the 7th sub-project of the mission-oriented project ‘The developing of observing and forecasting skills on the strong wind and heavy rainfall induced by the typhoon circulation’ under the NSC disaster mitigation program. Through several field campaigns (including GIMEX) from 1999 to 2001, the Taiwan Aerosonde Team (called TAT) ,organized by the National Taiwan University, Central Weather Bureau (CWB) and Chung-Shang Institute of Scientific Technology (CSIST), has accumulate enough experience on Aerosonde operation and data analysis. The sixth Typhoon observation mission on Oct.16,2001, Aerosonde entered Typhoon Haiyan circulation and get more exciting in-situ meteorological data. Six objectives of this research project were outlined as: (1)Keeping activities of TAT continuously to enhance the specific performance of Aerosonde in-situ observation of typhoon circulation over the ocean (2)Training the second group of Aerosonde crew members (3)Enhancing the facility support at the Aerosonde ground bases. (4)Making practical procedure of a complete Aerosonde trial. (5) Using the transited radio site to extend the spatial domain of Aerosonde flight along the eastern coast of Taiwan. (6)Choosing cases of the combined circulation induced by typhoon and other synoptic systems to study the characteristics of marine boundary layer. The first to third objectives have been progressed well in the pass one year.
