Circuits and Systems–I, IEEE Trans. Circuits and Systems–II, IEEE Trans. on VLSI Systems 的副主編 (Associate Editor)。於2013年開始擔任 VLSI Systems and Applications (VSA) Technical Committee (TC)主席，並在ISCAS (IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems) 會議時主持VSA TC meeting。VSA目前為CAS Society第二大技術委員會，之前 交通大學電子系任建葳教授曾擔任過主席。本人目前為 IEEE Circuits and Systems Society (CASS) 擔任理事會理事 (Board of Governors)，在會中代表 CASS 的會員批准 學會年度預算、修正案，選舉學會 Executive Committee Members。本人亦為 IEEE Journal on Emerging and Selected Topics in Circuits and Systems (JETCAS) 的資深編委 (Senior Editorial Board)。在本規劃中，本人會代表台灣多數的CAS會員發聲以及參與未來CASS 整體組織運作並建議規劃方向，同時密切考量Region 10會員的權益，以期提升本國學者 於CAS及Signal Processing領域的知名度與影響力!<br> Abstract: In the past several years, I attended many academic activities in IEEE Circuits and Systems (CAS) society and IEEE Signal Processing Society. I served as Associate Editor for various major IEEE journals in circuits and signal processing areas, such as IEEE TRANS. ON SIGNAL PROCESSING, IEEE TRANS. ON CIRCUITS AND SYSTEMS—PART I, IEEE TRANS.ON CIRCUITS AND SYSTEMS—PART II, and the IEEE TRANS. ON VERY LARGE SCALE INTEGRATION (VLSI) SYSTEMS. I had served as the Chair of VLSI Systems and Applications (VSA) Technical Committee in IEEE Circuits and Systems (CAS) society. Besides, I am now serving a Board of Governors (BOG) for IEEE Circuit and Systems Society (CASS). The Board of Governors represents the members of the Society and approves the Society’s annual budget and amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws, and elects Society Officers. I am also serving a Senior Editorial Board for IEEE Journal on Emerging and Selected Topics in Circuits and Systems (JETCAS).
