2015-08-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/695525摘要：為強化學生學習成果導向的教學環境，本計畫將藉由建立校級專責校務研究辦公室，負責整體校務研究之工作，有系統地整合建置健全的校務資料庫，導入以證據為本的校務管理專業體系。此外，並透過各種校務議題的擬定，進行跨單位的資料蒐集、儲存、整合、統計、分析、比較與探勘，藉以追蹤與診斷本校追求卓越發展之優勢與弱點，進而訂定未來長遠發展的標竿，提供即時、全面與長期追蹤的校務決策資訊，提出精進策略與建議，同時培訓優質校務研究專業人才。<br> Abstract: In order to strengthen an academic environment, which is in support of effective student learning outcomes, this project aims to establish the Office of Institutional Research in order to integrate the databases across the university, to establish a comprehensive database of institutional research and to develop an evidence-based expert system. In addition, this project will study key issues and collect, analyse and synthesise institutional data, thereby identifying the strengths and weaknesses for pursuing excellent development. In the long term, this project aims to offer timely, accuate, and traceable research in support of decision-making and policy recommendations.
