2011-08-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/678719摘要：臺大土木系與越南河內土木大學共同指導碩士學程起源於2008年1月底由雙方校長簽署的「國立臺灣大學與越南河內土木大學結構工程及營建管理碩士學位共同指導學程之協議書」。依據此協議書，本共同指導碩士學程於2008年8月 (97學年度) 正式招收第一屆學生。 參加此共同指導碩士學程的學生，將由河內土木大學從全越南（不僅限於河內土木大學）的優秀公務員、工程師及學生中甄選出十至二十位，並由臺大土木系審核通過。修業時間共兩年，在河內土木大學教授與臺大教授之共同指導之下，第一年於河內土木大學修課，第二年則於臺大修課並完成碩士論文，所有課程皆以英語授課為主。在河內土木大學修課之第一年，為能使學生修習之學分符合臺大之要求，所有課程內容雖主要由河內土木大學教授負責教授，但將比照臺大所設計之碩士課程進行。如有需要，臺大亦將派遣教員至河內土木大學給予短期之密集課程或其他指導方式，以加強教學內容之充實。在此學程內取得畢業所需學分並通過學位口試之學生，將由臺大授予碩士學位。 <br> Abstract: The National Taiwan University (NTU) – National University of Civil Engineering, Hanoi, Vietnam (NUCE) Joint Master’s Program was initiated in late January 2008, based on the Agreement of “Joint Graduate Training Program on Structural Engineering and Construction Management” signed by the presidents of both universities. According to the Agreement, the NTU-NUCE Joint Master’s Program admitted its first batch of students in August 2008. Students enrolled in this Joint Master’s Program are selected from quality public servants, engineers or students from the entire Vietnam by NUCE, followed by the scrutiny and approval by NTU. This Joint Master’s Program has a study period of two years, and is conducted by the professors from both NUCE and NTU. Students in this program do the coursework in their first year at NUCE, and spend their second year at NTU, working on their Master’s theses and taking a couple of courses. All the courses in this Joint Master’s Program are delivered in English. To ensure the quality of the courses conducted at NUCE in the first year of study, all of them should comply with the course standards at NTU. If there is a need to enhance the teaching quality at NUCE, NTU will send professors over to give intensive teaching workshops.
