2017-04-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/691167摘要:在這個國際合作計劃中, 我們主要利用以原子層之材料,開發低溫製程之鈣鈦礦太陽能電池。利用日本物質材料機構(NIMS)之獨特之二維原子層氧化物材料,結合本實驗室在鈣鈦礦太陽能電池及石墨烯材料應用於太陽能電池上之技術,共同開發可撓式鈣鈦礦太陽能電池,並提升其效率。預期可解決目前鈣鈦礦太陽能電池高溫製程之缺陷,做出低成本可撓式鈣鈦礦太陽能電池。<br> Abstract: In this project we would like to develop high-performance flexible perovskite solar cells using atomic layered materials through the international collaboration between National Taiwan University and National Institute for Materials Science(NIMS). We would like to develop low temperature processes to fabricate the perovskite solar cell devices using the novel 2D oxide materials developed in NIMS.
