2013-12-312024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/683851摘要:土肉桂(Cinnamomum osmophloeum Kaneh.)為台灣重要的經濟樹種之一,而以土肉桂葉子開發之產品如精油、茶及酒等保健食品已被廣泛接受。先前的研究結果顯示,肉桂醛型土肉桂葉子除了精油具抑制尿酸、抗發炎及抗腫瘤等保健功效外,亦具有降低血糖及血脂等功效。一些國外研究結果發現,利用UV-B(Ultraviolet-B, 280 - 320 nm)照射植物,可能會增加二次代謝物物含量。然而可惜的是,目前尚無利用此方法對土肉桂植株進行處理的相關研究,因此本試驗擬嘗試以UV-B 照射肉桂醛型土肉桂植株,探討其活性化合物含量之變化,期能找出有效提升土肉桂葉子活性化合物含量之最佳條件,更加提升土肉桂之保健功效與經濟價值。<br> Abstract: Cinnamomum osmophloeum Kaneh is one of the economically important tree species in Taiwan. Byproducts from this tree species, such as essential oils, tea and wine, are quite popular. Our previous researches have showed that essential oils from leaves of this tree species show excellent uric-acid reduction, anti-inflammatory, and anti-tumor activities. The abilities to reduce blood sugar and lipid were also reported to be excellent. It was reported that plants irradiated with UV-B would accumulate secondary metabolites. However, the application of this technique to C. osmophloeum is limited. The purpose of this study is to optimize the process of UV-B irradiation to C. osmophloeum, and correlates this process to the accumulation of bioactive compounds in C. osmophloeum.
