2011-08-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/644216摘要：醫院倫理委員會在北美洲已經有數十年的發展經驗，它主要有三大功能: 制定政策或準則、提供或支援倫理教育以及倫理個案的諮詢或審查。在台灣，醫院倫理委員會的運作尚不到10 年，多數的醫院倫理委員會主要扮演制定政策或準則及倫理個案的諮詢或審查的角色，醫學倫理教育的功能尚顯不足。近年來，醫學院的醫學倫理課程，有愈來愈多的教師採用倫理劇為題材，藉以增加課程的吸引力與多樣性。相較於醫學院醫學倫理教學的多樣性與高互動性，醫院倫理委員會或相關單位所提供或支援的醫院中醫學倫理教育課程比較單調，多數是大班授課的方式進行。本計劃將拍攝倫理劇，做為醫院倫理委員會醫學倫理教育的教材。我們首先將藉由文獻回顧、深度訪談與專家焦點團體，找出8-10 個拍攝主題。接著我們將與醫院倫理委員會、醫院教學部、醫學院與戲劇研究所合作，針對這8-10 個主題拍攝倫理劇。倫理劇拍攝完成之後，我們將評估藉由倫理劇輔助的醫院中醫學倫理教育的效益，我們將採用質性研究方法中的深度訪談以及量性研究方法中的問卷評估法。我們期望藉由本計劃藉由倫理劇的拍攝，並且在醫院倫理委員會的協助下應用於醫學倫理的教學，藉以強化醫院倫理委員會的教育功能。<br> Abstract: Hospital ethics committees have been introduced to clinical medicine since severaldecades ago. Three functions are usually performed by hospital ethics committees:policy-making, medical ethics education and ethics consultation. In Taiwan, hospital ethicscommittees have only been used in clinical medicine for less than 10 years. Most of thehospital ethics committees perform policy-making and ethics consultation, and few of themexecute the function of medical ethics education. Recently, courses of medical ethics and thelike in medical colleges are various, and getting more and more interactive. In contrast,educational programs of medical ethics provided or supported by hospital ethics committeesare still uniform, namely a 1-2 hour lecture. Ethical films will be made in this proposal to helppromote the educational function of hospital ethics committees. 8-10 topics in clinical ethics,usually encountered by first-lines healthcare practitioners, will be determined using literaturereview, focus groups, and in-depth interviews. According to the 8-10 topics we figured out,ethical films will be made with the cooperation of the hospital ethics committee, Departmentof Medical Education in the hospital, College of Medicine, and Research Institute of Drama.Ethical films will be used in medical ethics education in the hospital after the completion ofmaking the films, and the effectiveness of medical ethics education using ethical films will beevaluated using in-depth interviews, and questionnaires to explore participant satisfaction. Weexpect the ethical films we make will promote the educational function of the hospital ethicscommittee.
