蔡益坤臺灣大學：資訊管理學研究所顏大緯2007-11-262018-06-292007-11-262018-06-292004http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/54185智慧卡技術於1970年代發明至今，技術發展已達成熟階段。近年來在各國政府與國際發卡組織的大力推動下，智慧卡廣泛應用的時代即將來臨。惟智慧卡技術的應用過程中，影響成敗的因素很多，故本研究將建立智慧卡技術應用成效分析模型，做為智慧卡於數位環境應用瓶頸的分析架構。本研究並將所標定出來的應用瓶頸，歸納成三大類，分別是業務模式瓶頸、營運架構瓶頸與實施瓶頸。最後，分別針對不同的瓶頸類別提出突破方案。依據此一研究成果，在掌握智慧卡技術應用過程中可能發生的瓶頸及解決方案後，必可有效地提高智慧卡技術應用的成功機會。The smart card technology, whose invention can be traced back to the 1970’s, has matured. Recently, governments and international card issuance associations became devoted to smart card application promotion, which resulted in the coming of the smart card era. However, during the smart card technology application process, numerous success factors were involved. This study builds an evaluation model for the effectiveness of smart card technology application. Using the evaluation model, the bottlenecks of the smart card technology application can be identified. The identified bottlenecks can be classified into three categories: business model bottlenecks, operation structure bottlenecks and implementation bottlenecks. In addition, the solutions to the bottlenecks are proposed respectively.
