2018-08-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/651847摘要:文化權與智慧財產權的擴展是當代最引人注目的一個全球性的現象,然而在目前文化產業與觀光產業的進展,還有原住民族的文化權的宣稱與保護逐漸的被強化,這兩者開始出現合流甚至互相滲透的狀況(Geismar 2013:2-3)。我們從過去的物質性遺產指定轉向強調無形文化資產,這個轉變需要我們與原住民社群、收藏者、真實的或想像的擁有人等等所形成的網絡來詮釋與展現這些多層次的物。為達成研究者與原住民社群及當地居民的共同詮釋,本計畫將運用數位空間資料與三維模型,試圖搭配擴增實境(AR)、虛擬實境(VR),以互動式取向的器物與環境資訊呈現方式,重建與視覺化身歷其境的第一人經驗。利用這些數位資訊與環境作為與原住民及當地居民溝通的媒介,並進一步透過訪談與問卷調查等方式,紀錄與調查原住民社群與當地居民對於這些古器物與舊社地景的詮釋與想法,強化原住民與當地社區在學術研究中扮演的詮釋角色。<br> Abstract: The expansion of cultural rights and intellectual property rights are both conspicuous contemporary global phenomenon. Considering the current development on cultural and tourist industries, and the strengthening of indigenous cultural rights claims and protection, cultural and intellectual property rights are beginning to interflow. Researchers are now focusing their efforts in the intangible cultural heritage rather than the physical property. This transformation requires the synthesis of multidimensional aspects and perspectives from a complex network and community which includes researchers, indigenous people, local community and collectors, etc. In order to achieve a joint interpretation among researchers, indigenous people, and the local community, this research attempts to utilize digital representations and 3D models as a means to communicate ideas and concepts. Through interactive objects and landscape environments, we aim to visualize and create an immersive first-person experience as a medium to communicate their perception of the subject. With the help of further interview and survey, this research records and synthesis their ideas and interpretations toward these ancient artifacts and landscape perceptions.
