2003-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/711933摘要:本研究擬調查台灣海峽圓形動物相,並以寄生性者為主要目標。定點採集該海域中的水樣、浮游動物、自由生活及箱網養殖魚類和擱淺鯨豚內的圓蟲,經由傳統形態學方法及分子生物學核酸限制圖譜多型性分析法鑑定圓蟲物種,繼而以系統學分析其支序圖和分布關係。寄生性圓蟲中選擇引起重要公共衛生問題的海獸胃線蟲進行預警模式研究,對象有二:宮脂線蟲感染臭都魚,以及安尼線蟲感染箱網養殖經濟性魚種。經由統計分析判別該類圓蟲與寄主魚類間之分布類型,預估其在單一採樣點及整個海域中的發生機率,作為監測海獸胃線蟲盛行的預警模式。最後擬架設資料庫網站,為本研究中查明之每一種圓蟲設計一網頁,分享其形態特徵、寄主、生活史、棲所等資料,並提供網站地圖與站內搜索引擎以利查詢。此網站將作為未來台灣生物多樣性研究統籌資料庫中圓形動物門部分。<br> Abstract: The aim of this study is to inventorying the nematode fauna of Taiwan Strait and focus on parasitic species. Nematodes will be collected from seawater, zooplanktons, free-living and cage farmed fish, and marine mammals which run aground. Nematode classification is processed using either traditional morphological procedures or molecular analysis of restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP). Nematode cladogram and distribution will be drawn. Two sets of Zoonoses causing an important public health of anisakidosis will be studied to get the monitoring scheme. They are Hysterothylacium infecting rabbitfish and Anisakis infecting one of economical cage farmed fish. The best-fitted distribution of nematode on fish will be calculated. A monitoring scheme will be suggested to predict the possibility of the presence and prevalence of nematodes. Finally, a web site will be constructed consisting data of each nematode inventoried in this study. Their morphological characters, hosts, life cycles, habitats etc will be described, individually. Web map and searching engine will also be given.
